About the Event
Welcome to the official event for The Great Southern Push Pull, hosted by 618 Barbell, with major sponsor Bloodshed.
This event will be held at 618 Barbell, on Saturday 18th July, as a twilight competition.
Lifting will begin at 5.30pm with a lifters brief at 4.30pm.
This is an unsanctioned event, open to any and all lifters. No powerlifting federation membership is required.
