About the Event
618 Barbell are once again proud to host the CAPO SA Last Chance Qualifier 2022.
This event is a qualifier for CAPO National Championships 2022. Qualifying totals can be found at capopowerlifting.com.au/capo-events/national-championships
Rules and regulations will be as per the WPC Australia rulebook, which can be found here: https://worldpowerliftingcongress.com/.../WPC-Rule-book... However there is one small rule change that applies to this competition; squats can NOT be walked out.

WEIGH INS
Weigh ins will be held at the competition venue on Saturday 28th May 10am-2pm and Sunday 29th May 8-9am.
