Welcome to the official event for the CAPO SA Yuris Sterns Open 2023.
This event will be held at 618 Barbell, on Sunday 22nd of October.
Lifting will begin at 10am, with a short lifters brief at 9.15am.
There are a limited number of places available so please get in quickly to avoid disappointment.
