CAPO SA Last Chance Qualifier 2024

Welcome to the official event for the CAPO SA Last Chance Qualifier 2024.

This event will be held at 618 Barbell, on Sunday 19th May, 2024.

Lifting will begin at 10am, with a short lifters brief at 9.15am.

There are a limited number of places available so please get in quickly to avoid disappointment.

We will send updates and information regarding this event via email, so please provide a valid email address when entering and keep an eye on your spam folders leading up to the meet.

The CAPO SA State Titles is a qualifying event for the 2024 CAPO National Powerlifting Championships to be held in Sunshine Coast Queensland later this year.

There is one difference from this rulebook we apply to our CAPO SA competitions:

-  Squats CANNOT be walked out.

You must have a current CAPO membership at least ONE WEEK PRIOR to this event to be able to compete. You can join CAPO here: https://www.capopowerlifting.com.au/membership/join-capo or check if your registration is current here: https://www.capopowerlifting.com.au/membership/members-list.

Weigh-ins (at 618 Barbell) will be open on Saturday 18th May 10am-11.30am, and 1-3pm. If you cannot attend this weigh-in, please contact the meet directors at 618powerlifting@gmail.com at least one week before the event.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for competition entry fees if you withdraw from this event.

You cannot transfer your competition entry to a later event.

You can transfer your competition entry to another lifter for this event only.
