About the Event
CAPO National Powerlifting Championships brings together the best CAPO lifters from around Australia. This year, we, the CAPO South Australia representatives at 618 Barbell, are pleased to be hosting this event for the second year in a row.
This event will incorporate 3 lift and bench press only options and will run across three days.
FRIDAY: Teens and Junior 3 lift and bench only
SATURDAY: Open and Masters Mens 3 lift
SUNDAY: Open and Masters Womens 3 lift
Flight order of lifting will be determined closer to the event, and will be outlined in email communication. Therefore, please make sure you use a current email address on your event registration and keep an eye on your spam/junk folders.
The Bridgeway Hotel will have food and beverages on offer for the entirity of the event.
Details of the Presentation Dinner (to be held on Sunday 13th August) will be released shortly.
