About the Event
CAPO National Powerlifting Championships brings together the best CAPO lifters from around Australia. This year, we, the CAPO South Australia representatives at 618 Barbell are pleased to be hosting this event after a long two years without national events.
This event will incorporate 3 lift and bench press only options and will run across three days.
FRIDAY: Teens and junior 3 lift and bench only
SATURDAY: Open and Masters MENS 3 lift
SUNDAY: Open and Masters WOMANS 3 lift
Flight order of lifting will be determined closer to the event, and will be outlined in email communication. Therefore, please make sure you use a current email address on your event registration.
The Bridgeway Hotel will have food and beverages on offer for the entirity of the event.
Details of the Presentation Dinner (to be held on Sunday 21st August) will be released shortly.
