618 Powerlifting + CAPO SA Annual Deadlift Only 2023

We are proud to present the 618 Powerlifting + CAPO SA Annual Deadlift Only once more in 2023, at Big Shed Brewing.

Lift off will commence at 11:00AM

Big Shed's extensive food and craft beer menu will be available for spectators and lifters!

We will be running two divisions as with previous years:

CAPO SANCTIONED DIVISION

This will be a part of the CAPO national deadlift only event.

This division will require you to be a financial member of CAPO Powerlifting Australia one week prior to the event. You can sign up here:  https://www.capopowerlifting.com.au/membership/join-capo

Full CAPO (WPC) rules must be adhered to, including wearing a soft suit (competition singlet).

OPEN DIVISION

This division is targeted at novice lifters or experienced lifters who are CAPO affiliated. 

We are all in this together so let's have some fun!

We run this division with the CAPO (WPC rules) aside from the costume and personal equipment, meaning you DO NOT need to wear a soft suit (competition singlet).

WEIGH INS

FRIDAY 8.12.23 at 618 Barbell (Unit 1/7 McGowan Street, Pooraka, SA, 5095), between 3PM-7PM. 

OR

SATURDAY 9.12.23 at Big Shed Brewing (1154 Old Port Road, Royal Park, SA, 5014), between 9AM-10AM.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for competition entry fees if you withdraw from this event.

You cannot transfer your competition entry to a later event.

You can transfer your competition entry to another lifter for this event, within your selected division only.
